Giorgio Celiberti (1929-)

The “Stele”, like many others made by the master, stands out for its soaring conformation with an almost architectural structure, whose steel epidermis is entirely decorated with writings that alter positive and negative volumes, perforations, irregular repetitions of geometric shapes, creating a sort of indecipherable alphabet with an ancient flavor.

The work, donated by the Lignano Sabbiadoro Lions Club in 2017, as shown in the stone placed at the base, is dedicated to human values and in particular to solidarity.
