The Venetian sculptor's work is characterized by the synthesis between naturalism and geometric abstraction. The horse's head, simplified and stylized, shows eyes reduced to small holes and a mouth barely ajar, while the ears, straight and pointed, accentuate the animal's alert character.
The work reflects the artist's poetics, focused on volumetric power and formal synthesis, with references both to the tradition of classical monumental sculpture and to the avant-garde of the twentieth century.
